Architectural studio Lugerin Architects designed a 160 m² apartment located in a high-rise building on Klovsky Descent in Kyiv. The apartment features large panoramic windows with views of the central part of the city. The open-plan space that combines the kitchen, living room, and dining area enhances the sense of openness and fills the interior with natural light. A harmonious accent of the interior is the iconic armchair by the legendary architect Le Corbusier, which adds comfort and allows residents to fully enjoy the atmosphere of the space and the panoramic views. The private area of the apartment includes a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet. This zone also contains a laundry room and a guest restroom.

Most of the furniture pieces, as well as some of the lighting fixtures, were custom designed by Lugerin Architects specifically for this project. Other furniture pieces featured in the interior are from Ukrainian brands:
