UNIT TECH

Kiev, Ukraine, 2020

The design concept of the entrance group of the business center in Kyiv is conceived as a restrained yet expressive contemporary space that emphasizes the status of the building and its professional character. The lobby is treated as a key point of interaction between visitors and the architecture of the building — a space that creates the first impression and sets the overall tone of the interior. The interior composition is based on the combination of clear geometry, laconic forms, and a contrasting color palette. This approach allows the creation of a distinct yet restrained architectural language of the space. Contemporary finishing materials, carefully articulated surfaces, and integrated lighting create an atmosphere of technological sophistication, elegance, and professionalism.

The lobby space is organized with careful consideration of visitor and tenant circulation. Clearly structured functional zones provide intuitive navigation while forming a comfortable waiting area. Minimalist aesthetics, high-quality materials, and thoughtfully crafted details shape a cohesive architectural image of the entrance area, reinforcing the identity of the business center and emphasizing its representative character.
