LIPKI

Kiev, Ukraine, 2024

The apartment is located in one of the greenest and most prestigious districts of Kyiv. At the beginning of the project, the interior dated back to the late 2000s and no longer met contemporary standards of comfort and aesthetics. For this reason, it was decided at the design stage to carry out a complete reconstruction — including the full demolition of the existing layout, engineering systems, and finishes, followed by the creation of a new functional structure and a fundamentally new interior design. As a result of the reconfiguration, a spacious and logically organized living environment was created. The central part of the apartment is a large studio space that combines the kitchen, dining area, and living room with a generous sofa group, TV, and fireplace. This solution allowed for the creation of an open social space while maintaining clear functional zoning. The private area of the apartment consists of two bedrooms — the master bedroom and a children’s room. Both bedrooms have their own walk-in wardrobes and share a bathroom. In addition to the main spaces, the apartment also includes several auxiliary rooms such as a laundry room, boiler room, and storage areas. A significant number of built-in storage solutions were incorporated throughout the apartment, helping to maintain clean lines and a visually uncluttered interior.

The interior is designed in a restrained premium style with the use of natural materials and tactile textures. Wall panels with wood and textile finishes are widely used throughout the space, complemented by glass and mirrored surfaces as well as wooden flooring. Natural stone — travertine — is used in selected areas, adding depth and a sense of refinement to the interior. All built-in and custom furniture in the apartment was designed by our team. The kitchen, wardrobe systems, and other bespoke elements were developed according to individual drawings, allowing them to be seamlessly integrated into the architecture of the space while ensuring a high level of functionality and design coherence.
