The office is located in a high-rise business center at the intersection of Stepan Bandera and Novokostiantynivska streets in Kyiv. The workspace occupies the top two floors of the building with a total area of approximately 1,200 m². The key architectural solution of the project was the integration of the two levels into a single functional space through an internal staircase designed specifically for this project. The sculptural staircase with a glass railing became an important compositional element of the interior and creates a strong vertical connection between the floors. The office was designed as a universal space for a potential tenant, therefore the planning concept allows for flexibility and the possibility of adaptation to different working formats. The majority of the area is dedicated to an open-space workspace for employees, organized to provide a comfortable working environment and facilitate efficient communication between teams.
The second level accommodates a more private part of the office — executive offices and meeting rooms. This floor is designed in a more restrained and representative style, featuring soft carpet flooring, wooden wall panels, and glass partitions. The interior is designed in a contemporary minimalist style using refined materials and a restrained natural palette. The space combines large-format stone flooring with expressive marble texture, concrete and microcement surfaces, dark wooden panels, and metal elements in warm tones. Glass partitions allow natural light to penetrate deep into the space and enhance the feeling of openness. Accent furniture and greenery add warmth to the interior and balance the strictness of the architectural forms.
