Kiev, Ukraine, 2025

The 120 m² apartment is located in one of the oldest and greenest districts of Kyiv. The residential building is distinguished by its panoramic glazing, which opens up picturesque views of the historic part of the city — Old Kyiv. The layout of the apartment is designed as a spacious contemporary living environment with clearly defined functional zoning. The central space is the main living area, organized as a studio that combines the kitchen, dining area, and a separate lounge zone with a TV area for relaxation. Large windows fill the interior with natural light and enhance the sense of openness. The private part of the apartment is formed by the master bedroom with its own bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. In addition to the main rooms, the apartment includes additional technical and utility spaces designed for storage and household functions.

The interior is designed in a contemporary minimalist style with an emphasis on comfort and the tactile qualities of materials. The space is built around a combination of a light neutral palette, natural wood, and rich textile textures. Soft, voluminous furniture, wooden wall panels, integrated lighting, and restrained graphic lines of the lighting system create a calm and harmonious atmosphere. Accent furniture pieces and indoor plants add warmth to the interior and balance the simplicity of the architectural forms.
