Lviv, Ukraine, 2021
The interior design of the public areas of this office building was developed by our studio in collaboration with the general contractor and construction company UDP. The project is part of a contemporary office park in Lviv — a complex of buildings that together form a unified business environment. The main lobby on the ground floor is designed as a spacious multifunctional open space that combines a reception area, waiting zones, and the primary circulation hub for visitors. The space functions as the central navigation point of the building, providing access to elevator lobbies and staircases. The interior is designed in a contemporary style with elements of industrial aesthetics. The spatial composition is defined by the contrast between the dark rhythmic ceiling made of metal slats and the light stone flooring, emphasizing the scale and depth of the interior. Along one of the walls, a large open shelving system creates a strong graphic rhythm and introduces an intellectual character to the space.
Soft seating in deep green tones forms informal waiting and meeting areas, while large indoor plants along the glazed façade enhance the sense of openness and introduce a natural balance to the restrained material palette. The project incorporates a combination of metal, wood, stone, and textured surfaces, creating a modern, functional, and welcoming environment. In addition to the main lobby, the scope of the project included smaller lobbies on all floors, elevator halls, staircases, restrooms, and other auxiliary spaces within the building. All areas are unified by a consistent stylistic language and material palette, forming a cohesive architectural environment. The project was completed in 2021 and continues to successfully serve tenants and visitors of the office complex.
