3 IN 1

Kiev, Ukraine, 2020

The uniqueness of this apartment lies in the fact that it was created by combining three two-bedroom apartments located on the same floor. The client required a large living space for his family; however, apartments of such size were not available in this building. Therefore, the decision was made to merge the three separate units into one and develop a new functional layout. As a result, a spacious apartment with a large living area was created. The space is organized in such a way that the individual functional parts are defined as separate yet interconnected zones. The living area includes a lounge space with a sofa group and TV, a dining area, as well as a kitchen. The private block of the apartment includes a master bedroom with its own bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. The children’s area consists of two children’s rooms that share a bathroom and a wardrobe.

The interior is designed in a contemporary minimalist style using natural materials such as wood, textiles, and natural stone textures. Special attention is drawn to the design of the children’s rooms, which are created in a brighter stylistic approach and built on contrasts of form and color. The private master zone is designed in a more restrained and calm style, incorporating elements of a contemporary interpretation of classical aesthetics. Thanks to the large number of windows, the apartment is filled with natural light, creating a bright and comfortable living environment.
