The project site is located at the intersection of two major urban arteries — Stepan Bandera Avenue and Novokonstantinovskaya Street. Due to the dense urban context, almost the entire site available for construction was occupied, leaving only a small forecourt area in front of the main entrance to the building. Given the limited site conditions, parking was organized on two underground levels and one above-ground level within the building. The main volume of the structure consists of 16 floors accommodating office spaces, restaurants, conference facilities, and other functions typical for a contemporary business center. The architectural concept integrates greenery into the building structure. Landscaped terraces surrounding the perimeter create additional outdoor spaces for users while contributing to an improved ecological balance within this industrial urban environment. This system of green elements is complemented by a small public space located on the roof.

The project was developed in collaboration with the architectural studio TAM “Babich” and was conceived as a new focal point of business activity in the district. The business center concept was also presented at the international festival “Architecture and Design” in 2010, where it received positive feedback from the architectural community.
