These two small private houses are located on adjacent plots and represent mirrored versions of each other. With a total area of approximately 180 m², each house is designed as a compact and functionally organized living space.
The ground floor features a spacious living area that combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen into one open space. Within this area, the dining table, lounge seating, TV area with a fireplace, and a kitchen with an island are comfortably arranged. This planning solution creates a sense of openness and encourages interaction between the different functional zones. In addition, the ground floor includes a study, which can also serve as a guest room when needed, as well as several technical and utility spaces.
The second floor is fully dedicated to the private area of the house. It includes a spacious master bedroom with its own walk-in wardrobe and bathroom, as well as two additional bedrooms that share a common bathroom.
An extension on the side of the house includes a storage room and forms a covered parking space for a car. The roof of this extension is designed as a usable terrace, which can be accessed from the corridor on the second floor.
On the courtyard side, the house features a large covered terrace with a separate barbecue area, creating a comfortable outdoor space for relaxation. On the main façade side, the house is oriented toward a small pond, which forms an attractive natural setting.
The exterior finishes predominantly use natural materials, particularly wood, along with standing seam metal roofing. This combination emphasizes the contemporary character of the architecture and creates a clean and expressive architectural image.
