COMFORT TOWN

Kiev, Ukraine, 2014

The apartment stands out for its clear and harmonious layout: the open-plan living room, kitchen, and dining area seamlessly extend onto the terrace, filling the interior with light and air. A bright hallway and corridor emphasize the sense of space, while the bedrooms are perfectly proportioned. Attention to detail is evident throughout. A mirror separates the hallway from the main living area, simultaneously enhancing light and visually expanding the space. The sofa has been complemented with a soft bench at the dining table, which has become a favorite spot for both the homeowners and their guests. The bedroom includes a walk-in closet with a hidden mirror, and the bedside table features a mirrored lift-up lid for convenient storage.

A standout feature of the bathroom is the glass partition between the bathtub and shower, seamlessly integrated into the porcelain tiles without visible profiles, creating a feeling of lightness and openness. On the terrace, a utility space houses the laundry and boiler, while also serving as a creative area for the homeowners. The interior is designed in a contemporary style: restrained, minimalist, and highly functional.
