SB MAX
Kiev, Ukraine, 2023
This project was realized in an apartment located in a modern residential building with a total area of approximately 60 m². The main planning objective was to create an open and functional space that combines the common living area with the private part of the apartment. During the redesign, two separate rooms were combined into a single open space. This made it possible to form a full-fledged day zone that includes a living area with a sofa group, a kitchen, and a dining area. At the same time, the apartment features a separate night zone — a sleeping area that can be isolated when needed with the help of a partition. The interior is designed in a contemporary style with elements of ethnic motifs and Scandinavian decor. A light color palette, simple forms, and natural materials create a light and harmonious atmosphere within the space.
Most of the furniture in the apartment was designed individually for this project. Some pieces — such as the sofa, dining table, and chairs — are factory-made, while the remaining furniture elements were designed by our studio in accordance with the layout and functional needs of the interior.
